Poland 02

I received this nice postcard from Joanna...... The postcard shows Wawel Castle in Krakow. Krakow was the capital of Poland until the 16th Century, and Wawel Castle was the home for many kings for five centuries from 1038 until 1596. Wawel Castle was listed as a UNESCO Heritage Site in 1978. It was a good thought of Joanna to put a Wawel Castle stamp (the most left stamp with denomination 2.10zf) on the postcard. Date: 18 March 2008.
