I received this Gibraltar postcard from Andrew. Do you see the cable car in the middle of the postcard? Andrew told me that he works at the cable car! He must be a lucky man to see beautiful view of Gibraltar from the cable car everyday. The cable car brings tourists to the top of the rock of Gibraltar. Date: 3 November, 2008.

Republic of Crimea 01

This is a Crimean (Republic of Crimea is an autonomous republic of Ukraine which is located on the northern coast of the Black Sea) postcard sent on 13 November, 2008 from Simferopol, the capital city the republic. I don't know who sent me this postcard, but "premier jour" was written on the postcard....... I am not sure is this the name of the sender..... I thought Premier Jour is a brand name of prefume. Anyway, the postcard shows the Vorontsov Palase in Alupka, which is situated at the foot of the Crimean Mountains.


P/S: I received a message from the sender of this postcard........... it was actually sent by Anatoliy....... many thanks :) By the way, Anatoliy told me that "premier jour" means the first day of issue in French..... I'm just too ignorant :)
